We offer a 24 hour Cancellation Policy to cancel any orders you placed with us, subject to the following terms and conditions which are NON NEGOTIABLE:
1. Within 24 Hours + Order NOT SHIPPED: If you wish to cancel your order after the order is placed please submit it via email or live chat asap and get an acknowledgement from us. If we get the cancellation request within 24 hours of your order confirmation and the order is not shipped, we should be able to cancel your order and submit your payment for refund subject to the below restocking fees. Once cancellation request is submitted, please allow 24-48 hours for us to complete the cancellation process and 4-7 working days for the refund (subject to restocking fees listed below) back to the Original Form of Payment/ Store Credit / Gift Card.
RESTOCKING FEES: Any acceptable cancellations requests made within 24 hours will attract 10% restocking fees, unless the refund is made in form of a Store Credit / Gift Card. These fees are deducted to cover administrative costs for receiving and cancelling order, warehouse administration required to cancel order and restock products, cancel shipping label as well as non refundable payment gateway fees which usually is between 3-5% of transaction value.
REFUND OPTIONS: For any PREPAID orders, You can choose between one of the refund option
a. Refund (-less 10%) back to original payment form
b. Refund (full amount) as StoreCredit / GiftCard.
c. COD orders >Refund (full amount) is ONLY as StoreCredit / GiftCard.

2. Post 24 Hours + Order NOT SHIPPED: If we receive the cancellation request post the 24 hour period AND before the order has shipped, we may still be able to cancel the order, this request has to be determined on a case to case basis, depending on what stage of the order cycle this request was received and if there is a possibility to cancel it. Once cancellation request is submitted, please allow 24-48 hours for us to complete the cancellation process and 4-7 working days for the refund (subject to restocking fees listed below) back to the Original Form of Payment/ Store Credit / Gift Card.
RESTOCKING FEES: All acceptable cancellation requests made post 24 hours cancellation period will attract 25% restocking fees unless refunded in form of a Store Credit / Gift Card where the restocking fees is reduced to 10%. These fees are deducted to cover administrative costs for receiving and cancelling order, warehouse administration required to cancel order and restock products, interrupting the logistics cycle to retrieve the order and processing the cancellation as well as non refundable payment gateway fees which usually is between 3-5% of transaction value.
REFUND OPTIONS: You can choose between one of the refund option~~~
3. Within/Post 24 Hours BUT Order HAS SHIPPED: If we receive the cancellation request within OR post the 24 hour period BUT the order has shipped, we may still be able to cancel the order, this request has to be determined on a case to case basis, depending on if the order is UNOPENED and can be RTO'd (return to origin) or it may need you to ship it back to us. Once cancellation request is submitted, please allow time for the RTO to come back to our warehouse and thereafter 24-48 hours for us to complete the cancellation process and 4-7 working days for the refund (subject to restocking fees listed below) back to the Original Form of Payment/ Store Credit / Gift Card.
RESTOCKING FEES: All acceptable cancellation requests made post 24 hours cancellation period & after shipped order is RTO'd will attract 25% restocking fees + Rs999 Shipping Costs and can ONLY be refunded back Store Credit / Gift Card. These fees are deducted to cover administrative costs for receiving and cancelling order, two way shipping costs and administration costs of reversing the logistics cycle to retrieve the order and processing the cancellation as well as non refundable payment gateway fees which usually is between 3-5% of transaction value.
REFUND OPTIONS: In this case there is only one refund option:
a. Refund back (- less 25% + Rs999) as StoreCredit / GiftCard.

4. Special Circumstances:
a. Order is Delayed beyond 7 biz days of EDD: If your order is delayed beyond 7 days and the delay is outside of our control (customs delay, international shipping delay), we will be happy to accept a request for cancellation and process the full refund back to the original payment form. However we ask for a period of 7 business days (M-F) beyond the Estimated Date of Delivery (EDD) for us to effectively implement this policy exception and offer a full refund. If you request a cancellation post 24 hours and before 7 days post the EDD, we will consider this as Option #2 above, and offer options based on the Restocking Fees applicable to that option.
