If your return request meets the criterion above, and you have double checked if it also complies by the requirements and restrictions mentioned in each option, you can now proceed to submit the RETURN REQUEST FORM.
To submit the form, you will need to gather a few bits of information
1. Pictures of the Product you wish to return - Please use your smartphone and take some pics of the product. One from the front that shows the product is sealed and unopened, one from the back that shows the seal as well. Additionally, if this is regarding option the 15 days warranty, please attach two more pictures showing the defect - one from arms length and one as a closeup.
2. Video of the product you wish to return - If the return is due to a 15 days warranty issue, we would like to see a video that shows you are trying to use the product and it is not functioning as expected. Record the video to show the product has charge, and open the cap/lid if it is a battery operated to show that the batteries are inserted correctly. The video should also show you tried to press the power button and that it indeed is not powering on or not working as expected.
Next click the ‘Return Request’ button at the end of this section, fill the form with information from your order like Order #, Email Address, and explain in details what is the issue with the product that you wish to return. The more detailed you will be, the more time it will save in having to ask back and forth.
After that attach the various pics and videos as requested based on the return option that is selected. Next select the reason for return and choose the desired resolution and then SUBMIT the form.
After the form is submitted, please allow our team 2 business days to review the details and get back to you with an RMA# (Return Merchant Authorization number) and instructions for return pickup. After you have received the RMA#, please follow the below steps to have the package ready for pickup.
1. Please place the product back in its packaging along with all accessories as it came, and put it back in the original envelope/box that the order was delivered in.
2. Please fill the Return Checklist (see here) and write the RMA# and insert it inside the envelope/box and then securely seal the package.
3. Within 1-2 business days we will get the package picked up. You will be notified by the courier person who will coordinate the pickup. If your pincode is not serviceable for return pickup by our courier partners we will ask you to ship it yourself to our India Distribution Center for which we will re-imburse you via Paytm. The maximum amount we can re-imburse is Rs150.
4. Once we have received the return package and inspected it, we shall initiate the exchange/replacement process and inform you via email, the status of your return request as well as follow through till you get the replacement/exchange is completed and shipped or till your refund back to store credit processed.
