1. If after you received the product, you don't like it - No Problem. Just don't open the seal or its packaging, submit the return request within 30 days of the receipt of your package. You will have a choice to either exchange it against another item/s of same value or more OR get a refund in the form of a store credit, which never expires and you can also gift it to family and friends. In this instance you will be responsible for the return & onward shipping for an exchange and just the return shipping in case you choose a refund to store credit. 2. If you intended to keep the product and opened the seal, but the size wasn't right - No Problem. Just package it back as you got it and submit the return request immediately, more importantly within 3 days of receipt of the package. As long as its unworn and unused, and an alternate size/fit is available, we will exchange it for you for FREE. This FREE EXCHANGE benefit is one time only. Note: This option is NOT available for lingerie and any other products that could have had contact with the private parts of the human body. Jump to #5 to continue with the return process.
3. If you opened the seal of the product and then later changed your mind, that becomes a tricky situation for us. Normally we are unable to accept that as we cannot resell it (for no fault of ours), However if you submit the return request within 3 days of receipt, we will try to work with you and may be able to offer you 50% refund in form of a store credit, which can be used to make another purchase online. This will depend on individual circumstances and is entirely at the discretion of the customer service representative. If approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 4. Lastly, if you receive a product from us that is A) not what you ordered, B) dead on arrival C) has a manufacturing defect, please submit the return request immediately, or latest within 3 days of receipt of the package. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience if this may happen to you. We will ensure the return process is expedited and you receive either a suitable replacement or a refund towards the costs of these products. This should rarely be the case as we quality check them in our warehouse and sign off on each item before we ship them out to you. Jump to #5 to continue with the return process.
5. If the return meets one of the four guidelines above, please gather the product/s you would like to return/exchange and click a close-up picture of it (using a 3MP or better phone camera), which clearly shows the condition of the product, its packaging and any associated booklets or tags intact. Next click the ‘Request Return’ button at the end of this section, fill the form with information of your original order, upload the pictures you clicked, select the reason for return and choose the relevant refund/exchange option. Submit the form with any special remarks or instructions you may have for our Returns Department. Allow 48 hours to approve the return request and email you a RMA# (Return Merchant Authorization number). After you have received the RMA#, please use the envelope provided inside your original order to carefully pack the return items, fill the Return Checklist (also provided in the original order) with the RMA# and insert these inside the envelope and securely seal it. Within 1-2 business days we will get the return package picked up. However if your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners we will ask you to use the label attached to the Return Checklist and mail it to us at our India Distribution Center. Once we have received the return package and inspected it, we shall initiate the refund/exchange process and communicate with you via email with the status of your return request and follow through till you get the replacement or till your refund is processed.
