The double p spot massager is a well built product. It has a tapered end that is very easy to insert. There is that middle "Hump" to get over. It actually took me 2-3 sessions before I could get by that comfortably. But I must say that now it feels pretty securely locked in place. I haven't tried intercourse with it inserted. The length was pretty good for me but I am sure YMMV. The vibrator seemed OK. It has only I speed and a cheap feeling "chrome" cap which is why 4 stars. With lubricated fingers it is difficult to turn on and off. It does wrap around the front nicely, cradling the balls. Mine tended to tilt, so I needed to keep a hand on it or have my legs together. By rocking back and forth on the ball cradle, the inserted end would press up on my prostrate. It has taken me a little time to relax while doing this, but with some good deep cleansing breaths it starts to feel really good. The orgasm for me isn't "better", but it was very GOOD, very strong and different (more whole body) which is very nice. This product was reasonably priced, well made and performed well. I Would recommend the double P Spot Massager unless a variable speed vibrator is desired.

This is just a piece of trash,firstly the vibrating bullet is placed at the base and vibrations don't flow through the toy easily. So it just stimulates the perineum at most and that too when toys is inserted completely which isn't possible. Second the design has serious flaw,it's bend is so severe and it never gets locked and tries to come out every single time. I agree everyone has bit different anatomy but u can't insert the whole toy,the third hump is extremely difficult to insert and upon inserting it pains a lot. No where is reached prostate but all the time was striking against the wall of rectum .
