Once paired, as with other lovense toys (30 seconds for pairing) the game begins. You can play via the app alone, or give control to the partner who can choose whether to use the manual game or one of the available patterns (and others can be created or downloaded). Worn it is literally invisible, it was worn under a pair of leggings and nothing was visible. We used it for an hour away from home and the battery level did not drop even a bar. In conclusion, this little toy managed to cause 4 orgasms in less than an hour of use.
