FREE SHIPPING: Shipping is FREE across India for all orders over Rs1000 value. Usually the transit time is 2-5 business days with metros getting it faster and tier 2 & 3 cities get a little later.
EXPRESS SHIPPING (when offered) is Rs.99 for 2-4 days express delivery. This is only offered for METRO and can be selected in checkout.
SAME DAY DELIVERY is offered only in Delhi, NCR for prepaid orders received before 1 PM. The shipping charges are Rs.999 for same day delivery.

SHIPPING FROM USA warehouse: If your order is to ship from US 🇺🇸warehouse, the time it takes to deliver ranges between 21-30 business days. You will see this both on the product page (under ADD TO CART) and in checkout > shipping options.
Middle East & Other Countries: We offer several shipping options for shipping to various countries like UAE, Qatar, Saudi, Oman, Nepal etc. The options will be available during checkout. Make sure to select the EXPRESS OPTION for any product that is a toy, as this option guarantees delivery. The slower option may be offered for some products but in those cases, delivery is NOT GUARANTEED.

Returns: We offer a 7 Days RETURN POLICY, if you decide not to keep your order for any reason. Simply put, DO NOT OPEN THE PRODUCT PACKAGE, and we will take it back as long as you inform us within 7 days of delivery. Due to the specialized nature of the product if the hygiene seal or wrapper is altered/removed/tampered, the product cannot be returned. And yes there will be restocking fees, which goes towards the cost of two way shipping, and other admin expenses.
Cancellations: We offer a 24 hours CANCELLATION OPTION. As long as the order is not shipped, you can cancel it within 24 hours of placing the order. However there are cancellation fees which are collected by our payment gateway, please read the details in the policy page.
