From order to delivery, their customer service has been nothing but stellar. Placed an order from US with IMbesharam.com three weeks in advance just to be safe with delivery timeframe. Their order arrived today, in 7 days, I am super impressed by that speed and their customer service. Jenny & Pulkit answered all my questions and gave timely updates.
